Terms of Service

By using OnlinePdfEditor ("the Service") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Giuseppe Savarese (giuseppesavarese.it).

OnlinePdfEditor is a web application that allows you to:

• View, edit and annotate PDF documents in the browser.
• Add text, signatures, images and sticky notes to PDFs.
• Export modified PDFs (with limitations for free accounts).
• Save work sessions to the cloud (registered users only).

Local processing: PDF files you upload are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.

You may use the Service without registration (free plan with limitations). By creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to register (Art. 8 GDPR).
• You may create only one account per natural person.

Free Plan: includes 3 exports per month. Downloaded PDFs are watermark-free.

Pro Plan ($5.99/month or $59.99/year): unlimited exports, priority cloud saving. The Pro plan is a monthly/annual subscription with upfront payment. No refunds are provided for partially used periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change limits and prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

You are solely responsible for the PDFs you upload and modify. You warrant that you have the right to use, modify and export the documents. You may not use the Service to:

• Modify documents fraudulently or to commit crimes.
• Upload illegal, defamatory or third-party rights-infringing content.
• Circumvent protection systems or DRM present in PDFs.

The source code, design and content of OnlinePdfEditor are the exclusive property of Giuseppe Savarese. Unauthorized reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited. PDFs you upload remain your property.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from technical failures.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• Incompatibility with specific PDF formats or versions.

In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice in cases of serious violations.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
